Reservation Policy

At the time of your reservation, a credit card number will be required to confirm.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to our limited accommodations, cancellations can have important adverse impact. Therefore, our policy is strict to this effect as a last-minute cancellation leaves us a limited time frame to rent the room.

A deposit equivalent to 50% of your stay + applicable taxes is required at the tie of booking except for the holiday season and for stays exceeding 7 nights (see details below). Your deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is received 7 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations received 6 days or less prior to your arrival will result in the loss of your deposit.

Once you have arrived at the Manor, whether it be a cancellation or reduction your stay, the full balance of the original reservation will be due once you leave.


POLICY FOR GROUPS, RECEPTION OR PARTIES

In the event of a reservation for the entirety of our rooms and suites and/or a stay of longer than 7 days and/or for a reception, a deposit of the equivalent of 50% of the stay will be required upon reserving. The other 50% will be required one week prior to arriving. Your deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is received 8 weeks in advance however, any cancellation received less than 7 weeks prior to your arrival date will result in the loss of your deposit.
