A PARTICULAR MANSION

Built in French cities since the middle ages, manors are vast homesteads with single owners belonging to the bourgeoisie.

Families and nobles owning a manor would find all the services and comforts offered by hotels.

In 1864 the Senator A.B. Foster’s family had this manor built and designed by the famous architect Sir John William Hopkins. All the specifics of a typical French manor can be found, front gate, library, chapel, a spacious living room, stables with a coach gate, large courtyard and a gazebo looking out on the property

A large residence capable of greeting the nobility from the past with all the comforts of a modern hotel.

Today it is for us to greet you as guests …!

Valérie & Martin

Room 1 ( Les Demoiselles ) Superior Suite Senator Foster and his wife had 10 children, of which at least 7 were girls. This room is like a little girl's hideout, with a large golden bed and precious objects decorating the room. It is easy to imagine the life of a little princess from another time. See the rooms Room 2 ( Mme Élizabeth) Luxury superior suite Elizabeth Fish became Mrs. Foster in 1840. This room has a very feminine touch, with a corner living space as well as a free standing bath. It transports us to very gentle, soft surroundings.
